Here are the last of the dolls that call the bookshelf home, plus a couple of extra photos:

OMG ponies!!! Left to right: Butterscotch (DaisyDayes Pony), McPonysons (DaisyDayes Pony), Owl (Schleich Zhuhu figure), Pony (Schleich Shetland Pony Mare figure).

I just picked this girl up last weekend. Being a fan of horses and centaurs, I couldn't pass her up. Her name is Avea Trotter and she is a part of the Monster High Freaky Fusion line. She's a hybrid of a harpy (note the wings and feathers on her forearms) and a centaur.

Pullip My Melody and a little lamb standing on top of my Azone girls' closet.

A great place to store my Re-ment collection. I used to have them stored in a box, but it's much easier to organize them this way.

Our Dolls, Part 1

My sister was visiting me last week and she brought some of her dolls. I took the chance to take some pictures of them with my little ones.

Here, my Pip plays with Snoink (my sister's teddy piglet) and his wee teddy bear (yes, Snoink has a teddy of his own). Pip spent the week playing with them and loved them so much that she was sad when they had to go home.

To tell you the truth, I'm lucky my sis didn't sneak Pip into her suitcase when she left—she threatened to do so several times during her week here.

Snoink is actually the stuffed animal/pet of my sister's Alice Cherry Blossom. I'm going to post a picture of wee Ali tomorrow.

Being an equal opportunity piglet, Snoink didn't spend all his time with Pip, he also joined Scout (my Lati Yellow Byurl) for a trail ride. It was rainy out so the duo had to settle for a ride around the table, but they had fun nonetheless.

Scout is riding Paradise Island, a My Little Pony that my aunt rescued from a thrift store and sent to me. Her mane and tail were a hot mess when she arrived, but I conditioned them with fabric softner and then dipped them in boiling water to straighten the hair. She looks much better now, but I think I might trim her mane and tail—the ends are still a bit dry and frizzy. Scout loves her no matter what though.

Snoink got to ride McPonysons. Don't they make an adorable pair?

A Robot and Her Pony

I want you to meet two new little ones that have joined my collection:

I'm a huge fan of My Little Pony, especially the originals. When I saw the cutest little jointed pony on Etsy, I couldn't resist. He's the smallest of all my ball-joint dolls at only 10cm tall, which includes his ears, and made by the super-talented DaisyDayes. McPonysons (a big name for such a wee guy—he goes by "Mik" for short) arrived a few weeks ago. I spent the weekend before last putting wire in his legs so that I could pose him easier.

Also come to live with us is Danbo, the cardboard robot. I fell in love with her after seeing so many adorable Danbo pictures on flickr. She's amazingly fun and quite full of expression even though her face is only made-up of circles and a triangle. She has kind of a naiveté about her that I find charming.

Danbo has attracted a wild pony!

It's a good thing ponies like lollipops or that could have gotten ugly.
