Tahlvin is indeed getting his tattoos done as well as his face-up.  In fact, the artist (Suzy of &lt;a href=&quot;http://suzytodd.com/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Switchblade Aesthetics&lt;/a&gt;) who is doing the work is an apprentice tattooist at a tattoo parlor here in Seattle.  I&#039;m so excited to see him finished.  I&#039;m expecting it to take about 2-4 weeks until he&#039;s done since he&#039;s such a large project and she can only work on him twice a week (on her days off).

I saw the new Bermann pictures yesterday and I was relieved.  As you said, he&#039;s nice but he just didn&#039;t do anything for me.  So, even though I&#039;d still like a Bermann, I really can&#039;t justify spending $2000+ on a doll whose clothing nor face-up I&#039;m very excited about.  

Plus, with the whole Dollshe thing that&#039;s going on (omg, I&#039;m panicking a bit!), I need my money for a new Dollshe.  I&#039;ve been saving to buy Brandee for Tahlvin, but now I think I need to switch around my doll buying plans and get a Saint (I think he&#039;d make a perfect Edmond).  Eep!  

That&#039;s so cool that your parents are going to loan you the money to get a Dollshe though!  Yay!  Personally, I think Bernard&#039;s have the softest/most kind features of all the Dollshe&#039;s.  But then, it&#039;s not as if any of the Dollshe&#039;s are particularly harsh-featured.  I guess I&#039;d say Husky is a bit harsher but only because of his more angular nose.  I love all the Dollshe boys though and would be of no help to you in your final decision.  haha!

There is something truly mystifying about unpainted doll faces. But with the wig, I can see little bits of Tahlvin in him already! Are you going to get any of his legendary tattoos done at some stage? That would be amazing!

Have you seen the new Bermann pictures? He&#039;s very lovely, but in the end, not my cup of tea. I don&#039;t think my Chi would like me much any more if I ever got a Bermann (though even winning him is unlikely), because I can&#039;t justify the huge expense. And I got Chi so easily, and I really adore him - I can&#039;t imagine the drama of getting a doll that I had paid oodles for and loving him just as much; and then I would always feel someone else wanted more than me.

I am very excited at the moment, however - have you heard also about the Dollshe boys being discontinued at Iplehouse; and perhaps even their no longer being sold as a whole at Tensiya? This is not good news in itself; but it does mean that my parents have taken pity on me, and they are willing to buy me a Dollshe boy now, so long as I can pay them back later. Seriously, I was so pleased I actually couldn&#039;t talk for about an hour. :D
I want a boy whose features fit in with my Chi&#039;s - so perhaps softer than Bernard&#039;s or Saint&#039;s. I am keen on either Husky or Hound, but I have the rest of the day to choose one. I am so excited! :D]]></description>
