Taeyang Nightmare Ni-Ya

Taeyang Nightmare Ni-Ya (1 of 3)

My latest and last new Pullip/Taeyang doll for quite a while—this is Taeyang Ni-Ya who is based on an actual band member from the visual kei group Nightmare.

This is another Taeyang that I've wanted for quite awhile. He went out-of-stock after Christmas and when he reappeared a couple of weeks ago I really wanted to get him before he was sold out again. He ended up being my Valentine's Day gift from my husband. 🙂

(He actually reminds me of my character Tahlvin in Taeyang form.)

Taeyang Raiki (1 of 3)

I just happened to stumble across this boy on Pullip Style a couple of weeks ago. I thought he had long been sold out. So, I had to jump at the chance to get him since I was afraid he'd sell out for good the next time he went out-of-stock. I love his tan skin and open mouth too. Anyway, I feel lucky to have gotten him.

A Wolf in the Woods (1 of 2)

This is one of my new boys—Taeyang Valko. I've wanted him for awhile now because I thought he'd be a perfect match for my Bloody Red Hood. Plus, I love his face-up and outfit.

I replaced his original fur ears with some resin ears that I got from Pipos Doll many years ago. I've not decided if he'll keep these or if I'll try to snag one of Sparrow's commission slots and get some of her wolf ears for Valko. For now though, I'm really liking these resin ears.

I also painted his nails, gave him a tattoo and changed his wig.

Oliver, Oliver…

Isul Glen (1 of 3)

I took some better close-up shots of my Isul Glen. I just love his face-up so much. I think it looks like a custom face-up.

I think I'm going to name his Oliver. I recently ordered him a couple more hats (a paperboy cap and a flat cap). I definitely see him in early 1900s hats.
